All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Heavens Candles shipping policies. Notification of lost items must be received within 15 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. Please notify Heavens Candles  immediately if you received products damaged during shipment.  Never throw away packing materials and boxes until instructed to do so by Heavens Candles customer service
When do we ship?
We ship during normal operational days (Mon- Sun except Holidays) In-stock items are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the receipt of your order. During Holidays, you should expect delays as we are closed on most major Holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. You will be notified by phone or e-mail within 36 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay. If you order an item that is temporarily sold out at the time you placed your order, we will place your order on hold and ship it complete once this item is back in stock.  Please make sure you provide us with a daytime phone number and an accurate e-mail address.
Summer and Winter ShippingÂ
Note: Many of the products sold by Heavens Candles are temperature sensitive and can be damaged during the extreme summer heat or winter cold. Know that during shipping there could be ... âWet Spotsâ.... (when the wax shrinks and pulls away from the jar,  and we are not responsible to replace. If the jar/jars are broken, notify us immediately and we will fix this issue.
